Meant to tell you... Sunday Pam came over & I made the lamb chops that I bought off of you.  It turned out really well!!!  Yesterday I was at Giant Eagle & decided to pick up a couple of lamb chops... not where close to the flavor that yours possess.  OMG I felt like I was eating cardboard.  Thank you for the good quality of lamb that you raise.

Hi Dennis and Angie,
I'm the woman at the Clintonville Farmer's Market that asked you yesterday if your egg yolks were orange. You "guaranteed" they were.
You weren't kidding! I just wanted you to know that these were the most orange eggs I've ever seen in my life. Absolutely beautiful and of course delicious! I had a couple cage free eggs left over from my last carton from another farmer, and I thought they were pretty orange. When I cracked your eggs next to them, the other eggs suddenly looked pretty light yellow in comparison.
I'm not sure what you're doing, but keep it up!

If you've never eaten Muscovy, you should know that it is truly spectacular.  A unique breed, Muscovy is not at all greasy like other duck, it's more like extra-special veal, with a fine texture, very little fat, and a delicious flavor. It's the finest duck there is, and perhaps one of the finest of all meats.

STEWING CHICKEN

Our stewing birds are one of a variety of chickens that are at least one year in age.  Generally, these birds are not available at the grocer because commercially raise chicken is not allowed to live more than a few weeks.  It takes time to create the taste and nutritional value that these birds have.  The texture of these mature birds lends itself well to traditional dishes such as Coq au Vin and Jerk Chicken.
